A dream come true

For already 3 years, we cooperate with the boarding school from Bulboaca village, Anenii Noi district. We visit them, on different occasions, bringing joy and presents. But, since our first visit, they told us about their biggest need: to renovate and equip 2 toilet rooms in the school building of the campus. Unfortunately, during the classes, children have to use the outside toilet. Besides the fact it is unconformable, it was especially difficult during the cold time of the winter. Even mor4e difficult was for disabled children, who need help to get there, and even inside the toilet.

In 2012, we asked the representatives of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Elder and Sister Pinder, to visit the project and evaluate the opportunity to finance this project. After the visit, the donors agreed to try to finance also the renovation and equipment of 2 shower rooms (for boys and girls) in the dormitory buildings.

The project was approved and already in May 2013 – the project was finished. The closing ceremony was attended by the donors, the local and district authorities and all the children. Also, we had our friends from CTC TV Channel. Children greeted us with handmade presents and words of thanks. It was a crucial project for these children. We are very thankful to our partners and donors and hope for future successful projects!
