I want to live

My name is Dogaru Elena and I am 51. I would like to address to those who think that a life is priceless. I am asking for help, even if the help is of 10-50 lei.

In 2010 I was diagnosed with last stage cancer. When I first heard the diagnosis, I thought of my family (my sick husband, 2 children and 2 grandchildren). I though of how few time I have left to be next to them and help them. The doctors from Moldova said I cannot be cured. But, through a big effort of my family and relatives, I benefited of medical tests and consulting In Israel. Those doctors gave me hope, and after 8 sessions of chemo, I survived cancer. I could think about living!

But not for a long time… After a post traumatic stress, the cancer was back… Again doctors, expensive medical tests and chemo. In May 2012, my medical tests showed the growing of my tumor and spreading to the spinal cord. At this moment I am going through my 3rd chemo and there is the 4th one. The doctors from Israel are expecting me for new consulting, so they would tell if I still have any chance for life… Until now, me and my family, we spent 58 000 $. None of my family members or relatives can help me.

Please, help me. I need to know if I still have a chance. I want to live!
